About This Messaging Program

Preferred Services sends SMS text messages for one purpose only: notifying our own employed transport drivers when a new dispatch assignment has been created for them. Each message contains the assignment call number and a link to the driver's dispatch application.

This is an internal, employment-related notification program. We do not send marketing or promotional messages, and we do not send text messages to customers, funeral homes, or the general public. The only people who receive messages from this number are our employees.

How Consent Is Collected

Consent is collected in writing during employee onboarding. Each transport driver provides their mobile number and signs an SMS authorization containing the language reproduced below. Signed authorizations are retained in the employee's personnel file. A driver's number is added to the dispatch notification system only after this authorization is on file.
